Randall J. Clark Joins Ameribank Team

St Clairsville, Ohio, March 9, 2005 … Lou Dunham, President of Ameribank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Clark as Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer of Ameribank for the Ohio and Wheeling WV marketplace.

Mr. Clark previously served as Vice President, commercial lending at United Bank and Bank One. “Randy brings over 25 years of banking experience,” said Christopher George EVP and Market Executive for OH and WV. “His local knowledge experience, and ability to understand customer’s needs will allow Randy to provide unequalled customer service and relationship management in our marketplace.”

“I believe that the role of a commercial lender is that of a counselor,” said Mr. Clark. “I am delighted to join the Ameribank team and I am looking forward to helping the Ameribank family focus on our current and prospective customers, after all, it is all about relationships when it comes to banking.” Mr. Clark will work from the St. Clairsville office and focus on commercial relationships throughout the western OH and northern WV marketplace.
